Title: Winter Wheels for a PP GTi

Does anyone know if 17 inch wheels (for Wnter Tyres)  will fit over the 340mm brakes on the MK7 PP GTi, Disc size should not be a problem but not sure if 17s would fit over the larger calipers

The car can be specced with PP and 17" wheels from the factory in europe so they'll be fine.

What winter tyres manufactures is anybody on the forum considering ? It appears conti's seem to win most of the tests .
