Title: Daft question number 1 - Arches
Post by: BoSelecta on 30 August 2013, 14:36
Hi all - new to the scene so forgive my ignorance.

I was wondering what the difference is between these 2 types of arches and how you could go about converting the former to the latter (if possible):

Painted arches to match over all body work colour:

What seems to be 'standard' black textured arches in plastic:

Thanks!

As above, first pic looks like the arches have been "pulled" this is metal work to the body, and involves welding, filling and painting

The 2nd pic shows a G60 Golf, with its correct factory fit wheel arch extensions
