Title: Golf GTI 20v Turbo 2002 Induction kit or pannel filter?

Just wondering what would be the best upgrade for breathing? I was told induction kits aren't a good idea with the 1.8t, just after a few opinions,  Thanks :)

Cone filters flow better than the standard air box.
