Title: 2 years in storage and starts first time

Got to love these old mk2's. Been laid up in my dads shed for 2 years, push it out, fresh battery and petrol ... and naturally it starts on the button  :grin:

Now to exercise my 2 car plan, mk2 as practical all weather car and my newly acquired BMW E30 325i Cabriolet for when the suns out.

80's motoring nirvana :cool:

A quality effort that. Mine has only been out of action a mere 10months so should start first time without a problem!

Hmmm I didn't have that much luck, first both fuel pumps and now metering head needed

I like the 2 car plan! I have a 4 car plan! Just none actually drive at the moment  :cry:

Awesome combination. I remember when my 325 cab and mk2 together would stop traffic when parked out front.
