Title: Will MK5 touch sceen double din fit?

As Above ?

Will the touch screen sat nav fitted in some mk5 golfs fit and work in my mk4 without too much trouble?

it's this one but second hand?

that isn't a mk5 golf touch screen that's aftermarket.... (or iv never seen that one and it doesent look oem to me.)


yeah will fit if you get the correct size double din cage. and the correct wiring harness

Don't think it will fit as its not correct double din size and has screw mounting brackets on each side making it fit mk5 and other models listed on listing

Cheers I was toying with the idea but not sure if I'll bother

it loads up with the VW symbol so assumed its oem but possibly not.

mines the same size as that and has screw mountings, so can be made to fit

Mk5 factory head units are wider than double din, I've seen pictures of them fitted so it is possible but it looks crap.
