Hey guys, ive had some idle / overfuelling issues with my vr6. I traced it to a small 2-3mm intake/outlet thing underneath the throttle body, it looks like theres meant to be a pipe coming off it going to somewhere.
Anyway i covered this over with some tape and it idles so good, runs great & not getting any of the pops and bangs on the overrun that was getting before.
I have noticed the car is running a bit hotter than normal (94-96 degrees) and the fans come on more, not sure if blocking this small intake/outlet has something to do with it,
my question is what is this intake /outlet for??? ill post up a pic shortly for you

right think its a small diameter pipe that goes from the isv (i think thats what its called lol) to that outlet i mentioned, i put a pip on it and seems to be back to normal
