Hi guys

I have a issue.....when in stand still and i do a full turn lock turn to the right, start moving a weird hi pitch noise appear. Now the noise go's away when speeding up.. the mechanic said its the steering rack and want to replace it..i dont think the mechanic gave my car a proper once over and is questing  tbh.

It'll be the drive shaft on the drop link!! I gotta sort mine out it does it too!!!

Not at every right turn thou only when parked in a curtain spot and pull off to the right....

Also I found it might also be rubbing on the oil return pipe

mine does this but only if i go full lock, mine is also lowered, and your mancanic is an idiot for telling you that you need a new steering rack, there is a different antiroll bar you can buy to counteract this problem, whiteline or something.
