Hi guys,
Owned my golf for a year odd now and this hasn't bothered me but now I'm selling it I'm getting people asking the questions.
My reg is DF52 DFN and its a 2002 1.8 turbo gti AUM
But when you put the reg into any reg finder it comes up as 1.9 and sometimes registered as 2005 year?.
Does anybody have any ideas on this or should I speak to vw them selves about it?.
Cheers in advance

Log book says 1.9 petrol and was registered in 2002 but also says was registered as FHZ 6939 so guessing it was an Irish car and imported in 2005??
-
ah, that makes sense then
and you might find they have different regs regarding the cc and how its rounded up or down.
give them a ring for advice :afro:

Bit of an odd one first registered 2002 in chester but imported from Ireland ,best ring them as chuff says
