Title: 1985 B Reg MK2 Golf windscreen washer probs & Seat

hi everyone, iim kinda new to this, but ive got a prob if anyone can help out,
just passed ma test, and i got a mk2 golf as stated above, and trying to get it up 2 standard

i got 2 main problems with it,

1) the front windscreen wash dont shoot water out, the rear one works, but when i try the front, it just dont shoot water, i checked the fuse ( slot 11), and the fuse is fine, so im puzzled,

2) ma drivers seat is cracked, its a 3 door so when ppl kept getting in, it bust, and i need to get a new one,
now i have a 1984 scirocco seat, but im just wondering, will that fit the golf? does anyone know,

hopefully someone can help, ure efforts are much appricieated, thanx in advance!

1) Open the bonnet and check the pump is actually running, and the bottle has water in it ;)  The early MK2s have a seperate rear washer bottle & pump in the boot :)

2) Yes it will :)
