Title: mk4 turbo oil light

brought mk4 turbo code arz to convert corrado to 20v picked up today oil light was on and check oil on dash fillled it ran it on spot check oil now not showing but oil light staying on engine ran smooth idled fine so wondering is there sensor that may need resetting or something many thanks in advance

if its the same as my aum it has a microswitch in the bonnet catch that fails i managed to follow the wiring press mine and it resets the check oil light as even if u top it up the light won't go out until the bonnet has been opened.

I would check the pickup pipe while im at it. Only £12 from tps

About 12 no more than 20. It comes with a s
O-ring seal aswell

Not sure if the ARZ has a level sensor in the sump but that might be worth checking as well.

ARZ does indeed have a level sensor in the bottom of the sump (or at least mine does).
