A foreign lorry drove into me on the motorway in april, claim passed to solicitors due to whiplash so its taking ages to sort out.
Insurance is due for renewal at the end of this month, But they have dropped my NCD from 5 years (at the end of the month) to 2 years because the accident has not been settled.
But my question is: I have a letter from my solicitors and his insurance admitting liability.
Is this not acceptable to raise my NCD back up or do I have to wait until I am actually paid out??
Insurance has nearly doubled which is which I am slightly pissed off.

I've just answered this on another forum but your NCB will be reinstated once your insurers make a full recovery.
It would be a good idea to shop around and explain the current situation, feel free to get in touch, tel: 01707 642552
