Title: Matrix Led headlights: Will they come to the Mk7?
Post by: Andy B on 02 August 2013, 08:03
I noticed that now you can configure "matrix Led headlights" for the Audi A3

I wonder if these will ever be an option on the Mk7... or whether VW will purposefully leave this tech to Audi as a differentiator (not that I can think of any others that haven't made it into the golf)

I was very happy to spend more on Xenons, and these sound even better still - though cost a bit more on top of the xenon premium on the Audi site.

The new SEAT Leon got LED headlights first, on the FR. For a launch offer, SEAT were offering their all LED clusters for just £500 over halogen (I think the list price was £1850).

I doubt you will see them on the GTI but they might appear on the R. The Xenons on the GTI are brilliant as they are so I wouldn't worry to much
