You drive like a prick.
I would have taken your number plate and reported you but you were that close to my rear bumper on a wet 50mph road that I couldn't see it, or your lights for that matter. There was little point in sitting so close to me as I was going just under the speed limit and matching the speed of the car in front. So well done.
/rant over.

That sort of stupid behaviour always p!$$es me off, and it seems to happen all too frequently and is so pointless.
I had a young male driver in a silver VW Bora behind me last week on the A143 near the Norfolk/Suffolk border behaving in a similar manner. I was minding my own business, going with the flow of traffic, which was travelling at 55-ish mph. I too couldn't see their number plate as they were so close. They had nothing to gain either, as overtaking opportunities were limited, to say the least. To make matters worse, they were also engrossed in deep conversation with their front seat passenger (young female; probably girlfriend), rather than paying attention to the road and traffic conditions. I was really glad I didn't have to brake suddenly, as my car might have been sporting some unwanted modifications as there's no way they could have reacted and braked in time.
I was relieved when they took a risk and overtook me, as I'd rather have inconsiderate road users like that in front so I'm not unnecessarily distracted by their stupidity!

The roads are full of morons, you just have to accept it sadly or you'll end up driving yourself mad.
