Title: Is this my immobiliser playing up or another fault. Video inside.

To me that sounds like the starter solenoid getting stuck and not engaging on the flywheel. If there was an issue with the immobiliser, you wouldn't hear anything coming from the starter motor.

now it starts up rev goes up then dies.

im looking in to getting the immobiliser bypassed then go from there.

Cheers is this going to be expensive? can i do any DIY to maybe help it for now? hit with a hammer maybe lol.
