Title: Oettinger Golf GTI
Post by: mac7 on 30 July 2013, 18:53
I know new car buyers can tend to be a conservative bunch, but I thought some of you might be interested to see the Oettinger GTI, which they have managed to tune up to 350hp.

The red rims remind me of a hotwheels car... not a good look!

I'm mapping mine ASAP. Will get a Miltek cat back when they make one and a turbo back if the usual restriction is present. I want 260bhp out of it, maybe 280bhp and the nice increase in torque depending on how well the LSD calms the torque steer.

Tuning potential looks very promising and impressive thus far on this new platform.

I like the roof spoiler and the beefier side skirts.  Frankly this is how VW should have done it from the start.

Not completely sold on the sharpness of the front however.

Is the stock GTI roof spoiler even any different from the regular Golf?
