Just about to buy plugs but unsure of which are best for my aum

They don't last as long as the platinums but for £7 a set you can't grumble

I always ran NGK PFR6Q when I was stage 1, then upgraded to NGK IFR6Q-G (Iridium) now stage 2. Never had any problems, replaced them approximately every year. Mine is AUM too.

Just done them pulled the old ones out and were PFR6Q. So think I will stick with them! Although my mexhanic said maybe the 7s??

the P just means they are platinums. They last longer although just standard copper conducts the spark better, they just don't last as long. The lower the number the colder the plug so 7s are good for 200bhp+ cars, 8s will be good enough for stage 1
