Was giving it a look but has anyone noticed the PP golf has slightly different front calipers to the std gti ?
I was trying to look an it seems they are a bit longer with a straight bar near the hub, whereas the std car has shorter more rounded calipers ?
Don't think I am imagining it as I guess it would make sense given the Pp front brakes are 340mm v 310 for the std car so probably need larger calipers ?
Also, popped into dealer this afternoon and word must be out. Overheard someone wanting to test drive the new GTi and chop in a 59 plate gti. Hope she is ready to join the wait

Yep the bigger brakes and std wheels are a good match, they fill the rims nicely.
Would have still liked to have seen some nice Brembo 4 piston front calipers though on the PP just to differentiate it that it more..
