Title: Paint damage - swimming pool pipe dripping

Hi All,
Can anyone recommend a DIY solution for the damaged pant to be roof and the rear bumper.
(left he car I my parking when I went on leave for two weeks to find the swimming pool (chlorine maybe?!) pie dripping on two locations!)

If it has eaten into the paint then the only way of sorting it is to repaint the panels as required.

what??? how can a swimming pool drip on to the roof of your car?

Like said if its been chemically damaged it will need repainted.
