Title: P0411 code

After removing the secondery air pump and putting resistors in where the wires go in to the pump i am still getting a p0411 code any one now where i might of gone wrong ? Golf 1.8t (auq) 2003

What resistor did you use?

10W 330ohm

You have cleared the fault codes haven't you?

Did you cut the plug and solder the resistors to the wires?

Yea cleared it 3 times and yea soldered them in
