After having my ed35 for just over a week I noticed some fine scratches in the n/s rear window, they were all in a line 3/4 the way up. They looked like there was something in the rubber like grit so I phoned the garage up were I brought it and told me it sounded like the mechanism my be slightly out and to book it in at my local dealer and get it sorted under warranty so I did and took two weeks for my appointment. I was told nothing wrong with the car scratches must have been there when I brought it. Iv been in contact where I got the car from and basically there not interested saying iv should have spotted them. But on a cloudy day there nearly invisible (Which was when I looked the car over) I really looked thoroughly over the car but probably didn't check the glass as well as I should have. The car only had 12 miles or so on the clock so very cross the garage won't replace unless I pay, new dream car slightly soured!!!

if the glass is tinted you cant polish out, my rear boot piece of glass has some deep scratches, ive been told by two car detailers it wont polish out and need new glass - gonna start looking at breakers yards
