Title: Lower splash guard loose-what is used to keep it on?

what have people used to keep it on that works?i am thinking of using a washer and jubilee clip and hope it doesn't rattle. What have people used as a replacement that works? Can't ve going to the dealer fir this...:)

A couple of cable ties, quick and easy installation and removal in future.
