I've just installed a double din in my mk4 and the aerial that plugs is different to my one in my car does anyone know what I'd need to be able to connect it to my aerial
The white part plugs into the unit and its the blue part that's the aerial but need an adaptor

You need something like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PC5-101-FAKRA-AERIAL-ADAPTOR-VW-JETTA-GOLF-POLO-/260878076758?pt=UK_Cars_Parts_Vehicles_Terminals_Cabling_ET&hash=item3cbd8b8b56
Female Fakra to male (DIN) aerial

I would assume so, whether or not you need a different aerial and/or an additional connection I don't know.
