Title: in need of some help

hi there im new to this site
i have a mk4 golf gti turbo it has full recaros i noticed the other day that the rear middle
seat belt is locked up tight and can not pull it out at all and i have a m.o.t start of next month and i am guessing this will fail can anyone help on how to fix this with out having to
buy new rear seats and having to strip it out

First try posting to the mk4 section. In regards to your seat belts, I opt to not have the middle belt as it looks ugly so I leave it permanently under the rear bench. If its not there then they might not mark it down. However mine still works so I'm not sure if they looked and deemed it ok or didn't look atall.

Did you try screw it open? There should be like a clam which can be stuck. If you take a screwdriver and open it, you should (it that is the problem) have no problems unjamming it.
