As above.
Need to know if anyone had their manifold powder coated. Did you remove the injector seats on the mani? Im in process of getting mine done but the guy has warned me that the hard plastic MIGHT melt when it goes into the oven (this is the black plastic where the injectors go into on the 1.8t AGU manifold. Need to know asap.

Remove and replace with new.

Are they removable?? I cant thell if they push fit or are screwed in. I might just do what you guys say.
Seem some badass coated parts at this guys place (contract powder coaters) just off stratford rd in bhams. If anyone wants details please pm

Luky for some. I work in a zinc electro plating company so i can get stuff done for free. But i rather do nuts and bolts as they come out nice and shiny

Cant electro plate my mani and rocker as the cleaner will eat up the aluminium
Seen some badass colours at that place and im not a fan of shiny bay part from odd bits and pieces.

thats why i done the scoob bits was easier to keep clean rather than polished pipework :smiley:

Damn right. With powder coating you just wipe it off. No effing about

just took the manifold to my cazans garage and he took the plastic seals out they are screwed in. :cool:
