As some may know, im putting the mk4 1.8t AGU back on the road. What i wanted to know is that what size exhaust ks good for the k03/k03s? 2.25", 2.5" or 3"?

3inch to 2.5 unless running a big map and turbo i think then go 3inch straight through

Been told by torqueflow (in bham) only need 3" if im pushing 300+ horses. So 2.5" should be good then? It will be straight through

well my car has been dead for the last few weeks but finally got it back and my dads also had a toyo sport decat 3" to 2.5" and then non resonated anni miltek cat back, now in debt to my old man for 2 months but the car sounds nice and drives better than before and no mapping

^^^ This. I'm running 3" downpipe/decat with a 2.5" Milltek catback

I had 3" downpipe..decat .. and 2.5" cat back on my old agu.. was custom tho
-
Might just get a miltek straight through
-
2.5" should be fine
have full milltek non res with decat and it sounds spot on not harsh/raspy at all like some of the 3" systems i've heard

My 2.5 system was more bubbly sounding than my 3 inch system I have now depends what your after.

Nice burble and nice roar when full throttle. But nice and easy on cruise/motorway driving

This is my exhaust it was exactly as you said you want and it's perfect fit and in really good condition, with the smart twin tail pipe it looks kinda OEM from the rear.
