Title: Bloody insurance company!!!

So had a minor bump the other day

Now i live in a Cul De Sac

Was leaving my street at the end of my road is a T Junction the left was clear, the right which is UP A HILL there was a Van parked on the corner so i couldnt see bugger all so i SLOWLEY inched out

some silly women in a 11 plate astra Hit my passeneger side bumper as she was on MY SIDE of the road

after HOURS on the phone to my insurance company she hadnt made a claim

got my renewal today and they have added the claim as my fault.... so ive just lost my 3 NCD about to have my 3th the end of july.....

phoned them and they said they admited liability on my behalf because i had no case as i was joining the road...

i said to the bloke did he have any suggestions how i could of done that bend differently he didnt have any suggestions!


anyone got any help & advice i can use to fight back with :)

annoyingly i had a passenger she did not

but they didnt want my witness details...

Dont they need to inform you BEFORE any descisions are made that will efect your ncb etc :undecided:

Yeah, you can't really spin that one, it was your fault, difficult turn or not. Could always get a paintball gun and redecorate the van though...
