sure I saw that at edition last year. agree with what you say, was nice but not 20k nice.
is that 20k not what was paid out in total by the insurance
i.e. damage to other peoples cars/property

"PAV" accoring to their terms stands for pre accident value, as stated by the owner. Hmmm, no doubt a lot of work went into it and was most likely their pride and joy but unfortunatley not i'm afraid. :-\

He is having a laugh @ £20k even before the crash,

Why! you could easily spend that, and a load more on a project, an agreed value, and receipts to back up the spend! claim was probably more than 20k, but the owner might have been on a (guessing) 2k excess

Even though it does seem like it was nice pre-crash it sounds rather exaggerated to me as well

Says its got a G60 engine,
Shame, looked a nice car
-
it did look nice, pre accident, but like you say 20k?? maybe it had an agreed value, still a bit steep unless the figures are put up to generate interest, but if that's the case, why put any figure on it at all as its a cat B breaker only??.

See on another site there saying the can was only finished in April and covered less than 500 miles. 300bhp+ engine and a you driver didn't mix.
