Hello!! And once again it's time to tap the wonder brain that is golf gti forum.
If possible I would like and cheap, middle of the road and exspensive brake pad and disc option.
There are so many out there!! I don't really want to have to warm them up to much but some is ok I their good stoppers.

Cheap option keep the standard callipers and use the 312mm discs and carriers
Can get some R32 and S3 brakes, callipers and think discs are 334mm
Ideal ones are the curpra r 4 pot brembos, worth every penny awesome brakes.
Pads ferodo seem to be top but there are a fair few out there depending on what you want them for.

Try VW - they do an 'economy' set of discs and pads which might surprise you price-wise.
Otherwise try GSF - ask for prices on top spec and economy for pads and discs.
Bear in mind good quality discs will make nearly as much difference as good pads.

I picked up some Brembo HC discs and Mintex 1144 pads for £155 delivered for the front of my mk4 Golf GTi.
