Where from?

Mine looks as saggy as my mother in law!

Check the maintenance and info section there's a guide on how to do it. I'm just about to do mine

Comes out real nice if you follow the guide, it feels more cosy aswell

I have considered a repair or retrim. But ideally want an OEM replacement.
