Just wondering what sort of fuel people are using and if you think it's worth paying that bit more?

Only Shell Nitro goes through my engine

+1 Filled up this morning with Shell V Power Nitro+
-
Normal unleaded, never noticed any difference with Super.
-
Super Unleaded.
But I only pay .60p a liter for it though.
-
Shell nitro most of the time as is supposed to keep the engine clean but always at least 97 octane. I think it improves mileage but may just be me sucked in by the ads.
-
At 280hp after map, mine absolutely must be ran on super
-
Super only.
As above, you really notice it especially if it's mapped.

Same, for the sake of a couple of quid on a tank there's no point messing about.

Never noticed a difference with the standard car myself in daily use. Mines used 99.9% of the time as a commuter so normal driving mainly below 3k most the time on 30-50 roads. Unlike the mk5 were it was 98 but had 95 in brackets. VW say anything from 95ron so it was designed fine it so im not bothered.
If it was mapped and I wanted every bhp as it was my play thing then I would use it but for what mines used for.

Same here nitro + and vpower since I took delivery

Super only in mine, as said previously for the couple of pounds extra you may aswell.
