Title: 4mo hub on 2wd trailing arm?.

anybody know the difference in the mk4 rear trailing arms?
I know the 2wd has a complete rear beam in conjuction with it`s trailing arms and I know that the 4mo has a rear subframe which cradles the rear diff and that the 4mo trailing arms are independent.
what I am wondering is if the hub from a 4mo would bolt onto where the stub axle on a 2wd rear beam would be.
just thinking of a little long term future project.
