Post by: rfn_hodgson on 03 July 2013, 23:26

remove the dust cover for the bell housing and fill the bell housing with expanding foam..
that should quieten it down a bit!

in all seriousness, the only thing that`ll fix it is a new release bearing..

gearbox needs taking out and full new clutch kit fitted. its not wise to change release bearing on its own. and the most important part is. do not buy a cheap clutch!
