just heard about this, sad news.

I was watching it and had the feeling straight away it wasn't going to be good. There is a clip on YouTube from the car behind. He was on the wet kerbs and the car lost traction next thing the grip came back and sent him to the left side on into the wall. No time to slow down. Hate it when this sort o thing happens.

just seen that footage, looks like his rear wheels were on the paint and kicked out. sure looked like he was carrying some speed when he came off!

Bad times, I probably saw him race at Silverstone the other month. I loved watching the Astons. RIP :sad:
