Post by: vala on 21 June 2013, 21:36
Can anyone tell me why it is the official VW method for bleeding the brakes involves having the brake pedal depressed throughout the entire process?

jamie16v - thanks for the reply. I will be using a eeziebleed to do the job but wanted to know why it was that the official method from VW involved depressing the pedal thoughtout the process.

km - thanks for the reply. I'll be using an eezibleed system as well so that's reassuring to hear.
