oks was having a nosey under car earlier and noticed my steering rack boots look like they are twisted.

Why are there cable ties around them? Looks like they might have caused them to twist round like that :undecided:
Rip the ties off and see what the boots look like when straight, I'd be tempted to replace them

^^This they have twisted them whilst doing the track, as Dom said cut the cable ties and see if they are ok.
