Title: piper x induction kit

hi, my golf has a 4-2-1 manifold and a full s/s system. now the next step would be a filter but are they worth the money? what kind of performance will i gain for my 80 quid! so if anyone has fitted one can you let me know what there like! cheers rob  :smiley:

Dont know about the piper x induction kit but what about just putting in a K&N panel filter (if you've still got the original airbox), they are about £32 from ECP and when I put that on mine with a powerflow exhaust I noticed it was slightly more responsive when I put my boot down.  :undecided:

I put one in one of my cabs and couldn't notice any improvement, very dissapointed.

This time I have just gone for a K&N panel filter and drilled holes in the air box.
