i had this when i had my mk3.. wasnt a bad stereo, and had sat nav  :smiley:

Was your Becker a straight fit with No trimming of the dash.

re-read my post mate, I didn't have a becker, it was a blaupunkt travelpilot. quite a basic stereo but had some nice features.
