Title: Strut brace finally fitted Yaaaaay!
Post by: Nino on 13 June 2013, 18:16
Well after months (no joke) of research, bugging people, asking question left, right and center, I have finally fitted my strut brace and before you ask, I do feel a difference after fitting it :)

And....... for all you people wanting to do this mod I've been really nice and made a detailed guide for you all that you can find by clicking .... HERE (http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=255331.0)

Enjoy. :)

Well ovi there's not going to be a huge diff without the lower bar etc however my car does feel slightly more responsive it turns sharper and seems to have less front rolling defo worth the mod IMHO :)

The TT one needs modifying slightly as the bonnet risers are in a different position. It means you have to cut some of it away slightly.
