Title: It's a sad day. Now on ebay with a 99p start, no reserve

Well after three years and three mk3s, it's time to say good bye to the mk3 section  :cry:, my valver is on ebay and I now have a bora, it's been fun and I'm sure il still pop back now and again. Thanks for all the help!  :cool:

Sold for £555 and deposit taken, bit gutted, but had to be done, have nowhere to keep it. Mk3s really arnt selling atm!!!

Hey MM, received the arch panel, the other day, cheers buddy!!! shame the golf went for that, that lucky guy will get the benefit of all your hard graft and won't have any rust problems for £555!!!

Thats pretty much how i feel and its only when you try newer stuff that you realise how old the mk3 feels now.

This!!! I used to think the mk3 was so nice inside when comparing it to my mates old mk2, but then he got a bora and it was so much nicer, smoother, quieter. I'd like another mk3, one day but not as a daily

I hear what you saying but Bora's are ten a penny. A well looked after Mk3 really stands out from the rest of the day to day crowd. I would not glance twice at a mint Bora but A mint Mk3/2 etc that is a different story
