Title: Engine coolant!

After a long is journey or after a couple of weeks my engine coolant will run low, I can't see a leak, the engines running fine and performing how it should? Does anyone have any tips of where typically to look for a leak?  God I hope it's not the head gasket! HELP

plastic flanges,coolant pipes,radiator. Have you noticed any puddles under the car?

Nope no puddles, I checked earlier, can't think what it would be, all the pipes are bone dry

mine got a pin hole leak on a pipe that sits behind the fan. The fan cut into it.
