Title: Different stud extractor types
Post by: Steve_B on 09 June 2013, 13:20
Hi, I've got a snapped caliper bolt that now has about 5mm of thread sticking out from the face. Would that be enough for a roller type stud extractor or impact one like this?

You were right, ended up drilling it out and putting a helicoil in.
