Anyone ever bought/used these off ebay 170872668182 need to change brakes just want to no if these are any good cheers
-
Or does any1 think they are any good??
-
dont know about them but if you after a style based disk as the oem golf brakes i think are very good but i fitted these
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Golf-mk4-GTi-Turbo-Drilled-Brake-Discs-Front-Rear-Pads-/300545038849?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model%3AGolf%7CPlat_Gen%3AMK+IV&hash=item45f9e15a01
and they spot on and brake your neck when trying to stop lol

I wouldn't bother with drilled and grooved discs to be honest, get a decent set of vented discs and they'll be fine.
-
Got mine dimpled/grooved purley for looks nothing more
-
Drilled is to save weight (not really worth doing on the mk4) and grooved will wear your pads out a lot quicker
-
Yer heard that before but never had an issue nt enough to relise anyway
-
cheers for the reply's guys, not really looking for looks just looking for good CHEAP ones that will stop when needed not carry on down the road for miles after lol
-
would these be ok for a few months
VW GOLF MK4 2.0 GTi FRONT AND REAR BRAKE DISCS + PADS 97-04
