Title: Changing a radiator
Post by: hardmonkeys on 07 June 2013, 09:18
Hi all, looking to change the leaky rad in the next few weeks, looking through the Haynes manual, it says you have to remove the entire front panel...now i know they do a complete strip down of the vehicles...but it this actually necessary? If so..then so be it...bring it on. But I don't want to be doing jobs I do have to do..

Car is a mk4 GTi with air con

The front has to come off, Its really easy though and can be done within an hour.
It can be done without jacking the car up aswell.
