Title: Bog standard Audi S3 or a well Specced GTi?

Hi guys - new member currently torn between the above choice...

Do I go for a 2013 Audi S3 with next to no options or get a well specced 2013 Golf GTi (with DSG, performance pack, dynaudio, etc) which looking at the projected S3 prices should be similair.

Bear in mind I currently drive a modded 2006 Astra VXR (circa 280BHP) which might make the GTi feel slightly slow but (looks wise) I think I prefer the Golf.

I'm going to struggle to get a test drive of each as I'm serving in Cyprus and getting test drives over here is harder than Chuck Norris! I know I may well get a slightly biased opinion over here but it shouldn't be too bad as at least the competition is still VAG group lol.
