Will the above wheel size fit a mk6 GTD ok?
I'm not very good with the ET side of things
Will I have any issues with rubbing?
Thanks in advance.

Might be too wide, are they Audi fitment?

ABT wheels for Audi/VW cars.
Description does actually say that will fit a MK6 golf but wanted to see if anyone knew 100%.
I will be running them on 235/35/R19 tyres.

Yes these will fit fine, ABT are TUV approved wheels (BBS made normally) so if it says on them they will fit then all is safe!

I'm with Ginge35 on this, I run 8" wide BBS with ET50 and they are just about flush with the arches at the front, the extra 1/2" is going to project

One says yes and the other says no.
I don't know what to do now lol

Just found this....http://www.golfmkv.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2844042

They fit...as Exonian says.
Listen to people who have actually run that size. I run 8.5" x 19 ET52 and know they can be run with 235/35/19s because Neil was running that set up.
I run 225/35/19s because 235s *can* rub on some cars, on full lock, on the inside.
So if 235s possible rub, but 225s don't, then a 2mm difference in offset, with a 225 wide tyre will not rub, front or rear, one person or a full load, lowered or not.
With 235 tyres you won't have the possible inner rubbing issues...but it will be mighty close on the outside of the fronts!

If it were me, I'd go for 225s anyway...235s don't feel as nimble to drive on.
