will the turbine wheel flow better smooth or rough?
was thinking either smooth - the gases flow faster past
or
rough - more friction to help spin the wheel
thoughts please!!!!!

Smooth. Aerodynamics? Turbine wheels are probably designed to be the shape they are to spin.
Friction causes heat, which could have some detrimental affect, maybe?
