Title: AGU 1.8t 1999 MKIV - ISSUES

On this run it had Boost leaks, exhaust leaks, a stuffed coil pack, and spark plugs with to bigger gap.

Then they went on to tell me that my ECU is non tunable.

I will be getting these issues fixed and get a Remap flashed on but dont have $$ for new dyno run once issues are fixed before Remap.



Whats it running?

HX35 Holset Turbo,
Superchip install on ecu,
Larger Intercooler,


and lean as you can see from the Dyno. Car is parked up as if i run it lean it will blow :(


Can someone/people recommend custom Maps

BTW, im looking for 300+ HP  so 300-400hp running 20lb of boost, will be getting a forged Recalculation Valve has factory installed (OEM) atm......

might be best to outline full spec and mods etc so can advise better.

What have you done with fuelling?  fuel pump etc?
