Title: Waxybox
Post by: Ginge 35Edition on 29 May 2013, 18:54
Box received today, it has the following in it:-

Bilberry wheel cleaner
Gtechniq C2 V3 - sealant
Britemax Cleanmax - shampoo
Hubikote -Hubirestore - light cut polish
Deeper Detail - quick detailer

And a random little pot which I'm guessing is a wax?

It's a great little kit, including small pump sprays which will be great for recycling with other products and a micro fibre cloth.

Will let you know how I get on.

Defo mate, the bottles aren't huge, but definitely enough to be able to do test panels and give a decent review.

So here goes with some reviews.

Bilberry wheel cleaner:-

Great product, spray, leave and jetwashed which gave an almost finished product. I then washed with a microfibre mitt as always and dressed the tyres with Auto Finesse Satin and this was the end product:-

Next up was the Deeper Detail Quick Detailer. I guess this did exactly what it says on the tin, spray on buff off. It was avery easy product to use and only needed the slightest of buffing off, with no powder residue or need for a second blast:-

In terms of the Waxybox offer, it seems to me to be great value for money. The sample of the wheel cleaner will do at least four washes and the quick detailer at least three. Hope you like?

Good stuff Ginge.   I like the Bilberry cleaner too, used it last couple of times and am impressed.

If so how much did you pay and was the install easy? I've seen some on eBay. £140 inc delivery.
Thanks man. Guy
