Title: Steering wheel remote control?

I'd really love a remote control on the steering wheel for volume, skipping songs, muting etc... Anyone have any experience with which products to use? I mean which radios and which aftermarket remotes?

I had one for my Blaupunkt Los Angeles and it worked well enough but i just found it annoying to have on the steering wheel because its not properly integrated like new cars.
