Title: Recommended oil for VR6 engine?
Post by: GOLF-MK3-GTI on 24 May 2013, 22:13: Well I've had it for 3 years now I think, done about 1500-2000 miles since. It needs a service, but what grade oil do I use?

As said. If its tappty then id go for a higher grade oil as mentioned
